Jim Kohl is currently the Manager of Corporate Technical Services for McKee Foods Corporation, where he is responsible for quality, food safety and laboratory activities. McKee Foods corporate offices are located in Collegedale, TN. Jim earned a M.S. in microbiology from Clemson University, and has been active in Dixie, Lake Erie and Volunteer sections of the Institute of Food Technologists. He is currently a member of the Tennessee Food Safety Task Force and as an associate member of the Association of Food and Drug Officials of the Southern States. Previous industry experience included managing various aspects of quality and food safety in both the plant and corporate operations for Stouffer’s (Nestle) and Nabisco.
