Mr. Steve Crosier is currently the Director of Food Protection Services for Metro Public Health Department of Nashville/Davidson County, located in Nashville, TN. He currently supervises a staff of 14 employees responsible for regulatory authority over an estimated 4200 restaurants, day care centers, schools, retirement centers and retail food stores located in Davidson County.

Mr. Crosier earned a B.S. in Food Technology & Science from the University of Tennessee in 1982. Previous food safety experience included position as Quality Control Manager for Odom’s Tennessee Pride Sausage located in Madison, Tennessee.
